Account Registration is limited to WBOPCU Cadets and Staff

User names are required in the following format: 'FIRST INITIAL.LAST NAME'.

Example J.Smith --- or --- M.Harris

Accounts will not approved if user names are not in this format.

Administrator approval is required to have an account created.
