Western Bay of Plenty Cadet Unit - Information Newsletter 
 
Exercise Tri-Seeker: 
We had a good turnout to Exercise Tri-Seeker. The weekends activities included:
 

  • Navigation 
  • Endurance - Moving a trailer with only one wheel
  • CasEvac (Casualty Evacuation) 
  • Team Building - Building an Apex 
  • Observation - Why things are seen

 Remember: We want to know what you liked about the camps. When you log in to the webpage, there is a forum (in your user menu on the left) where you post comments and exchange ideas and make suggestions for othe activities that you are interested in doing. Please post all your comments and questions there as the other pages are regualrly updated or are removed.
 
Hauraki Experience 
 
Forms (correctly filled in) must be in as soon as possible along with your money for Hauraki Exp. The first 15 names in with forms and money get to go. If you aren't in the first 15 - don't panic if you really want to go. You go on the reserve list> if we are allocated more spaces, we'll tell you as soon as possible.
 
At the moment, the fees for Hauraki could cost about $200 for the week. Please make sure you take this into consideration when applying for this course.
 
Reminders: 
Cadets can not go to camp unless they have paid thier years fees. Please ensure that you have your fees paid prior to going to camp.If you are going to be away, you need to inform your duty NCO and or apply for leave in advance.
