When returning documents for exercise, the following proceedure needs to be followed.
 
You must correctly fill in your NZCF 8 completed all the required information.
 
Either before parade OR at break, an officer and a support committee member will be outside the stairwell ready to take the following:
 

1. Your completed NZCF 8
2. Transport Form
3. Payment for the Camp

 
Everything it to be handed to the officer who will check it. If there are some incomplete forms, you will need to go away with everything to complete it. You will not be listed as going on the exercise until forms and payment have been returned.
 
The support committee will take your payment and issue a receipt there or later that night.
 
If you are away when forms are due, you must request leave through your chain of command and also advise us that you wish to attend the exercise but are unable to bring the form in that week. You must bring the form back when you return from leave.
 
The following will not happen:

• Forms taken incomplete
• Forms taken at times other than before parade or break
• Allowances given to those who are away when forms are due and do not request leave
• Forms taken without payment
• Acceptance of late forms
• Forms handed directly to the support committee

 
Any persons not following these instructions will not be going on Exercises.
